Terms and Conditions for $39.99 promotion:

  1. Limited Availability

    • Each route has a maximum of three (3) tickets available at the promotional price. Once all promotional tickets are claimed, any additional tickets will automatically be priced at the current standard fare. For example, if 2 promotional tickets have already been purchased, and another passenger books 3 tickets, only 1 of those will receive the promotional rate; the remaining 2 tickets will be charged at the current standard fare.
    • The availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the list is updated.

  2. Pricing and Updates

    • The promotional price is subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
    • The price displayed on our website at the time of booking is the most current and applicable fare. The routes list above is for reference only; our booking website is the most up-to-date for pricing. Promotional price tickets may sell out before the list above is updated. Refer to our booking site for up-to-date pricing. 
    • Luxxpress reserves the right to modify or discontinue this special at any time without prior notice.

  3. Booking and Payment

    • To secure the promotional fare, full payment must be completed at the time of booking. Online bookings only. 
    • Tickets purchased under this promotion are subject to the same terms and conditions as standard fare tickets.

  4. Route and Schedule Changes

    • Luxxpress reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any routes or schedules without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or other reasons.
    • In the event of a cancellation by Luxxpress, affected passengers will be notified and offered alternative arrangements or a refund at Luxxpress’s discretion.

  5. General Conditions

    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, agent code, or promotions.
    • Passengers must comply with Luxxpress’s terms of service and travel policies.
    • Luxxpress is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to the unavailability of the promotional fare or changes in route/schedule.

Terms and Conditions for Neighbor-Free 50% off promotion:

  • Buy your regular ticket first at the standard price (starting at $59.99 and above).

  • Add a Neighbor-Free seat for 50% off the standard fare to keep the seat beside you empty.

  • We’ll arrange your seating so you get both seats together.

Important notes

  • Please call our office after your booking to get the promotion code. Use of this code is only for the neighbor-free promotion (not for another passenger).

  • The extra seat is just for you, not for another passenger. If someone else uses the seat, they’ll need to pay the current walk-in fare.

  • The Neighbor-Free seat does not include luggage allowance. Your luggage allowance comes with your standard-priced ticket only. Extra bags follow our standard luggage policy.

  • If you cancel, the total you paid (ticket + Neighbor-Free) will be issued as a single voucher. For new bookings, you’ll need to buy another Neighbor-Free seat if you want the extra space again.

  • If you reschedule, your payment will move to the new trip, but the Neighbor-Free seat is subject to availability.

  • Cannot be combined with the $39.99 routes, credit vouchers, or any other promotion.
